We have been using Posh Cleaners to clean communal areas in multiple blocks that we manage. The cleaners always arrive on-site at the same time each week and get their works done without disrupting the residents. Abi, the director of Posh Cleaners, is also very proactive in pointing to other non-cleaning issues to us, allowing us to fix a problem before residents pick it up. I am pleased to recommend their service and will continue to use them on current and new blocks.

Huge thanks to Abi and her team for ‘end of the tenancy’ clean they did in my one bed in Aug-20. Although my apartment was not fully emptied by the time of the clean (some boxes remaining), the team has accommodated for this and made extra effort to move the stuff around and do a proper cleaning anyway. Highly recommend.

EDIT after response from owner: at no point were we (or our landlord or check out agent) told about any kind of life and death emergency. Booked for an end of tenancy clean (quote was higher than others but willing to pay more if it was hassle free). When I booked, I stated that our inventory check out was at 5pm and was told no problem they would be finished by 4. The team were so late that they had only just started when our landlord and the check out team arrived. There was ZERO communication before to let us know they would be late. The inventory check out noted a number of flaws with the cleaning including a dirty shower tap and cobwebs. Posh Cleaners were still demanding full payment despite not delivering the service promised. I would not recommend.

I was very worried about my deposit at the end of my tenancy because my Landlord was extremely particular about the cleanliness of her house. I needed a great service with no question to ensure my full deposit is returned. I was recommended to Posh Cleaners. They arrived on time and worked through the house diligently, leaving the house sparkling and clean. I could not believe how they were able to lift the years worth of grease from the kitchen. The team are truly professional and I will be using them again when I am moving out of my new flat!
