Our services are available in London and areas around the M25. Our contract Cleaning Services can be available outside the M25 area depending on the number of units or blocks.Our End of Tenancy Cleaning Service is only available in London
We comply with all aspects of COSHH and work in partnership with our Health & Safety consultant, to ensure correct procedures are in place both for our cleaners and clients.
We have an assigned client site supervisor who manages their cleaning team and site. We implement assessed training for each member of staff we use a timesheet to keep on site for signing in on cleaning days Site supervisors make regular inspections to ensure that high cleaning standards are being maintained. Clients are asked on a regular basis to complete a satisfaction sheet so that we can monitor and survey how we are performing and so we can communicate to see whether any improvements need to be made.
The TUPE Regulations preserve employees’ terms and conditions when a business is transferred to a new employer. In the UK, all companies must comply with a TUPE transfer situation and all cleaners must, by law, have the opportunity to transfer their employment. With some certain services our sales team are well trained and experienced in data gathering over the phone to ensure the client is advised accurately. Please be informed that this does rely on accurate information and not disclosing the full extent of the situation could mean incorrect prices are advised on the phone which may effect the price when the team arrives to clean.

Yes, you could, but it is often rewarding to employ a professional cleaning company to do the cleaning for you to take the hassle away. Moving has its own stress, packing and loading vehicle etc..., the last thing you want to do is to spend hours cleaning your property only to find out that your cleaning is not accepted by the Landlord or Estate Agents followed by them having to use a professional cleaning company who will be paid from your taken from your deposit. For any property that we have cleaned, we can guarantee that you will get your deposit back when it comes to cleaning ONLY. For example, if an area was picked up on the inventory report, no matter how small, we will go back and re-clean the area free of charge. However, if there is damage to any items in the property, we cannot guarantee the return of your deposit as this has nothing to do with cleaning and is due to damaged property.
The time it will take for the property to be thoroughly cleaned will depend on the size of the property and whether the property has had a regular clean during the course of the tenancy. We guarantee that we will stay as long as is takes to make the property spotless. However, you will need to advise us when making, if the property has not be cleaned over a long period of time. Failure to do so will attract additional cost upon our arrival at the property
Yes, we provide only the best materials and equipment on the market today. The key to a Professional clean is to use professional materials and equipment which will not normally be available on the supermarket shelves. All our staff are trained on control and use of chemicals.
Yes, all white goods including ovens, fridge-freezers, washing machines, dishwashers and dryers. Please note that it is required that you defrost the fridge-freezer before our arrival. Failure to do so will attract extra time and also extra costs.
We are very flexible, we can do a clean on short notice, our start times are from 08:00 am but our booking lines are opened 24 hours. We work on Monday to Saturday (Including bank holidays) but we do not work on Sundays.
Yes. We are solution providers when it comes to your end of tenancy cleaning. We will clean your property, steam cleans the carpet with our professional carpet cleaning machines and we will replace light bulbs or alarm batteries if required. We will remove any bulky items that need to be disposed of (all at additional cost from the cost of cleaning, separate cost for carpet cleaning)
There will not be any hidden charges, parking and congestion charges may apply for some cleans. If the property has been badly neglected without cleaning for a long time you may have additional charges if this is not mentioned at the time of booking.
Yes, you would normally be required to pay a 20% deposit which is refundable if cancelled 24 hours before it begins.
Full payment is usually required on the same day after the cleaning is completed via cash or bank transfer into our business bank account.
Yes, once full payment is received we will issue an invoice as proof of using our professional cleaning service.
Our End of Tenancy Cleaning Services will often guarantee the full return of your deposit when it's down to cleaning alone. Considering cleaning is a very personal and human service, we recognize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but Posh Cleaners will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied if notified within 48 hours after the clean. We are fully insured and should there be any damage to your property, we will use our in-house handyman services or refer to our insurance who will reinstate the damage
